We bring in our supplies, everything to run a totally professional sale! Set-up takes from week or more. Depending on the size and contents of estate.

We also, picture before set-up,sale ready and at closing of sale.We are accountable to you and the estate. And our clients cant believe the before and after pictures.

Organize,cleaned and staged items to be pictured in it’s glory! We believe a picture says a thousand words! And a clean and well organized sale will bring and allow for higher sales.

We strive to price at 99.9%. Appraisals can be done either on-site or off.We have resources!

After pictured & priced it’s time for advertising.We advertise everywhere! Online,paper, customer mass e-mails and local signage.

Sale day- Typically 2-3 days  If larger can be 4 days or even 2 weekends.Well staffed and we keep the estate re-organized as the day goes on.

End of sale-( Clean-up) Donations arranged beforehand. Packed and ready. Home is empty and basic clean done.
Closing-(payment) Everything we have you will have! All pictures,closing statement etc. Typically in a week after sale.
So that’s our services. We left some out only to be discussed in person.

Angel Heart (J.Louise),I feel there’s need that After you read the following information below. You may ask yourself why would they give me so much informative information about  estate sales? It’s because I care deeply about families and their situations .And… want everyone to know what I know.  I’ve been there and work with those that wished they had such information before their quest of a Estate Liquidation Company. Also, I want to help in any way whether you contract with Angel Heart or not. Unfortunately, many people don’t know what a estate sale liquidation is until they need one. We know that you or your loved ones  worked hard all their lives and we want you to have the least stress, leaving with a positive experience and most profitable sale.
So… Here are some basics

First and Foremost-
Please plan ahead! If all possible, it’s better to be prepared instead of being in crisis and having to hurry and be of need of a Estate company yesterday. We know life can change in a minute! And it’s better to be prepared if possible ahead of time But that doesn’t always happen. In knowing that, in reality it could drastically effect your judgment and estate settlement figures.

Please don’t Throw /Donate/ or Give anything away until you meet with a professional liquidator. Remember that old saying? “What you think is trash, could be  another one’s treasure! Believe me !  You have no idea what it’s really worth. Also, just because it’s old don’t mean it’s worth something too! Just wait1 Better safe than sorry. Let them decide what’s best. If they don’t know they should have a appraiser or experts in that chosen fields Whether it be antiques, retro, vintage, primitives, Victorian, to mid century modern. It could be Jewelry, Furniture, Guns, Coins, the list goes on and on.

Percentages- Sometimes you get what you pay for. The norm is 35%-45%.
Some will do little to none on setting up your sale.While others will go beyond your expectations.I’ve been to over 5000 + sales in my 40+ years and I suggest you should also go to some sales or when interviewing companies ask for some past sale pictures and references.Proof in the pudding. Percentages should be higher if a company is truly working every resource to conduct a proper sale. Also, the percentage should be determined by quality, quantity and labor.
